On September 29 1904 the Shenandoah Valley newspaper in New Market Virginia reported David A. Dellinger had been granted a license to distill brandy at his home near Conicville Virginia. The following year the Shenandoah Valley reported David A. Dellinger had been granted a license to distill brandy during that year.

How long this still operated and its exact location is unknown.
