Franklin Frye Still

On September 2, 1915, the Shenandoah Herald reported Franklin Frye had been arrested by the US Revenue Department after their agents found an illegal still and 75 gallons of whiskey at his home five miles west of Mt. Jackson. The exact dates when the still operated is unknown.
